Authentic

Years ago, when I was doing my practice at one of the famous distilleries in Calvados, the owner treated me to his collection of Calvados aged from 1 to 80 years. After tasting, he asked me which one I preferred. I replied that I liked the 6-year-old. He was quite surprised by my answer and asked why, "Did you not taste the exclusive Calvados aged up to 80 years?"


My answer had a simple explanation: time can add depth and philosophy to a drink but not every time . Meanwhile, the 6-year-old from that brand showcased everything I wanted to see in a drink—craftsmanship, experience, flavor, knowledge, uniqueness, and meticulousness.


Very often, even we producers, based on market demand, pursue the wrong values, such as: 1) bottle-label design, 2) high price, 3) "empty exclusivity," 4) luxury and "meaningless inaccessibility," and so on.


Instead, we producers must first change our mindset and offer people something new, unique and authentic.Dilvados aims to convey this message to people, providing something unique , real, tasteful, backed by years of experience and a genuine story.


Dear people , do not seek fake values; seek the real ones.
