In 2020, we embarked on an exciting journey that would forever change our brand and the dining scene in Dilijan. It was then that we decided to share our passion for fine spirits with the vibrant local community, and what better way to do that than by partnering with some of the town’s most beloved restaurants?

✨ Papanino House was the first stop on our adventure, made possible by the bold vision of Tigran and Anahit Safaryan. With courage and creativity, they opened this welcoming eatery, becoming pioneers in Dilijan’s culinary landscape. Their commitment to extraordinary dishes set a new standard for “out-of-the-box” dining, inviting patrons to explore innovative flavors while honoring traditional Armenian cuisine. We were thrilled to introduce our spirits here, crafting unique pairings that enhanced the rich tastes of their menu. Those early days were filled with laughter, toasts, and unforgettable memories shared around tables filled with friends and family.

🦩 Our journey took a remarkable turn with The Flying Ostrich and IMTOON , both created by the visionary Jirair Avanian. A revolutionary figure in Armenian gastronomy, Jirair has an unparalleled passion for blending traditional cuisine with innovative concepts. At The Flying Ostrich, his energetic vibe and creative menu quickly captivated food lovers. We introduced our spirits here, and together, we crafted perfectly complemented his delectable dishes. The atmosphere was electric, filled with laughter and camaraderie as patrons enjoyed unique flavors and celebrated life.

🥘 IMTOON was yet another testament to Jirair's culinary genius. Known for its diverse offerings and warm hospitality, Imtoon became a beloved spot for locals and visitors alike. Here, we collaborated to create memorable tasting events, showcasing our spirits alongside Jirair’s expertly crafted meals. The joy of sharing stories and laughter over our drinks transformed each visit into a celebration of community and gastronomy.
